Warfield Redux...
Apr. 24th, 2006 12:49 pmWell, I reuploaded these recently, so I might as well share with anyone who missed them the first time around.
Green Day did a "secret" show at the Warfield Theater in San Francisco California on 13 October 2005, and some wonderful person recorded it for the rest of us to enjoy!
Here is the original journal post with the set list.
And here are the new links:
Warfield Disc 1
Warfield Disc 2
Warfield Disc 3
(After the countdown, click below the gold stars, wait for the second countdown, and click on the HTTP link.)
The easiest way to convert these to mp3/AAC is to burn the flac files to a CD. (For PC users, I found a freeware program to do this Burrrn. I have not used it, so if it doesn't work let me know.) Then rip the CD to mp3 or AAC using iTunes or whatever you usually use.
I know these files have already found their way onto the internet in mp3, but please share the high quality files only with your friends.
In an unrelated note, I listened to American Idiot this morning, really listened to it. And over a year and a half after its release, it still blows. me. away. Fucking Amazing.
