~Finally done working before the big London Trip. Six days. I leave in six days! Here is just a partial list of the stuff I want to see:
The Tower/Crown Jewels
Tower Bridge
St. Paul's Cathedral
A Palace (Buckingham, Windsor or Kensington?)
Globe Theatre
Westminster Abbey
Parliament/Big Ben (tour or just a look from the outside?)
British Museum
Imperial War Museum (Need a pic of the Bullet in a Bible, natch)
London Eye (maybe)
Thames sightseeing tour
Abbey Road
At least one of the Markets (Covent Garden, Borough, Camden, Portobello)
Piccadilly Circus/Leicester Square
British Library
~This is in addition to the three days in Reading. There are just too many bands I want to see. Woe is me.
~I've been listening A LOT to the new CD from Blaqk Audio. That's the side project of Davey and Jade of AFI. It's basically 80s techno-pop. sick_of_me03 and I tried to get tickets to their show at the Mayan Theatre in LA, but surprise...they sold out instantly. (It's a 1000 person venue.)
~I cracked up at our little email from Billie Joe. It sounds like he actually might have written it himself.
~Gawd, I must have a boring life. I can't think of anything else interesting to talk about.
