I'm going to go with piper47 & linzeems's analysis (who made me the pretty icon :D) and say that Patrick is getting the eye-fucking cuz he's holding the camera, and Mikey Way has a busy mouth. *giggles*

Dude...I actually asked her to make me an icon. I've never had a FOB icon, or wanted one until now!
