One year ago today I went to my first Green Day concert at the SaveMart Center in Fresno, California. I bought tix for $100 on eBay, and talked a woman at work into going with me.
I had been entranced by American Idiot for the previous 10 months or so, but in the span of two hours I was transformed into a fanatic.
A few days later I discovered
comingclean, in January I signed up for an LJ, and the rest, as they say, is history!
In honor of the occasion, I present to you a video from that very same show. This was a song not on the regular setlist, performed especially for a guest in the audience.

Date: 2006-10-01 06:41 am (UTC)But...the position was for In-patient and I *really* don't want to do that. So she asked me if it was something I was interested in, and I was like "Honestly..in-patient hospital isn't something I'm looking for," but the lady was so cool so she put me down that I perfered Out-patient hospital, so she said she'll call me in a week. I dunno...we'll see. I'm not sure I want to be a Pharmacist.

There are enough different practice situations that you can find something that suits you. Think of it this way: It will pay you well enough so you can do the things you really want to do!
