I am so tired of being cold! COLD! It's August, ffs, and I had to turn the heater on! It seem like the rest of the country is dying in the heat, and I have to walk around my house in a jacket.

The weird thing is that it's not just summer marine layer fog that is the norm on the California coast. I've spent most of my life in coastal CA, so I'm used to that. Yesterday, it was like winter cold, with real rain, not just the drippy fog stuff. We have not had a single summer day yet.

I love San Francisco -- city of my birth and all that -- but pleeeeeease, could we just have one day where the mercury hits 70? Pleeeease. *turns on heat again*

Yes, bitching about the weather...so productive.

Truefax on the weather... even though it is actually sorta, kinda a colder version of our normal summer where I am, but I spend enough time in the city to feel your pain.

Thanks for the heads up, bb! If it's already cold there in August, I'm sure I'm going to need to bring a hoodie or jacket and scarf, and earmuffs... just in case. Despite the fact that I live in the tropics, I get cold really easily. (Hm, maybe that's why I get cold really easily? Thin blood?) But I'm good to go as long as I've got warm clothes. :)

And damn! That's right, Tommy baby. Get your tongue all the way in there. *stares* JFC, I think my brain just leaked right out of my head.

Oh yeah, you definitely want to bring a jacket. It can get cold at night in the amphitheater.
