He's sold more singles in the UK than anyone else, he had at least one number one UK single for five consecutive decades, and he's second only to Elvis Presley in terms of number of weeks on the UK charts and has sold more than 250 million records...but he hasn't been 'cool' since the early 1970's. Generally speaking, you're not missing much, particularly with that song.
