A very happy birthday to the wonderful and amazingly talented jou today. I'm so happy to have become friends with you!

And on the topic of birthdays, if I could be granted one wish, it would be to have Billie Joe Armstrong read my flist yesterday. What a touching and heartfelt collection of tributes! I sometimes wonder if he realizes the depth and sincerity of some of his fan's devotion. I hope so.

I think about this all the time too! I sure hope he does. There are times in interviews where they lead me to believe that they do realize just how deep our dedication to them is, and I think they are genuinely grateful for it, too.....and I'm going to get all warm and fuzzy if I think about it anymore, so I'll stop here! :)
