I've downloaded some videos from the KROQ Almost Acoustic Christmas last week. I was disappointed that I missed the webcast the first night, as did some others on the flist.

These are all just web-rips of the streaming video, so the quality is not exactly Reading '04. I only downloaded the ones that I (and my flist) might be interested in. These are .asf files, which are playable with VLC or QT.
