Let the debates begin...
Mar. 6th, 2007 02:04 amThe Rock and Roll Hall of Fame came out today with their list of what they consider the 200 definitive albums of all times. I have 32 of them, which isn't bad, I think. (And by have, I mean the physical vinyl LP or CD, not just mp3 downloads. :-) )
The Definitive 200
To save y'all the trouble of looking, the boys came in at number 50 with Dookie and number 61 with American Idiot.
There are a few that I find surprising (Norah Jones? Really?), but I can see most of the selections, even ones that I'm not particularly fond of.
If you click on the contest link in the upper right, you can enter to win all 200. I figured it was worth giving them an email address for the chance.
