Help flist!

I am trying to embed a video from photobucket into my LJ, and all I get is an Invalid URL error, or a blank area where the flash player should be. I have read the FAQ, I have followed the directions to the letter. I can put in the code to link to it, but I want to embed it. I have tried Firefox in plain and rich text mode and Safari in plain text with no success. Can anyone help me before I smash my LJ to bits?
