Well, the old flist has been painfully slow the last couple of days. What's that all about? You'd think some of us actually had lives or something like that. My usual late night entertainment, _somniac_ has a new job that makes her get up early so she can't chat until 2 AM anymore-- life can be so unfair. Luckily, the lovely koneko41 has been kind enough to help fill my idle hours in chat and keep me out of trouble. :-)

As apology for my whining, I offer this: A live Green Day cover of the Who classic "The Kids Are Alright." Unfortunately I don't know its provenance, but if you do, let me know! Enjoy!

Isn't that one of the songs they did on the AOL Sessions, the day that AI was released? I'm pretty sure it was. (I'd check, but those are on disc somewhere, lol.) Alas that 2 a.m. for you is 6 a.m. for me and way later than I'm up, on weeknights anyway. WeekENDS I've seen dawn a few times lately, heh.

I am painfully familiar with real life intruding on LJ playtime...my sympathies, man. And I, too, love that cover, btw. =)
