So I watched Green Day on The Colbert Report, then switched to Leno to see the American Idol winner, which of course I had desired with all my heart to be Adam Lambert, but was instead the too-much-like-a-puppy-to-hate Kris Allen. Green Day looked and sounded great on Colbert though.

Wow, those are some shoulder pads he's got there. I think they could write an entire sci fi channel movie based around that outfit, with Adam as some crazy diva villain. lol

That's brilliant!! So not only is Adam the "evil Jonas Brother" but he's also the illegitimate love child of Billie Joe Armstrong :) Too many fandoms bouncing around inside my head at this one.
